Requirements to install Stock ROM for HTC One V:
1. Make sure your mobile should possess 70 to 80% battery
2. Enable USB debugging mode (Menu (app drawer) > Settings > Manage Applications > Development > USB Debugging – check box)
3. Ensure that you have backed up your all important data.
4. Your phone Bootloader must be unlocked. If not then unlock from HTCdev site.
5. Your phone must be rooted and TWRP/CWM installed on it.
Guide on How to install Stock ROM for HTC One V:
Step 1: Download Stock ROM for HTC One V from below link.
For India Region:
Note: Below steps are strictly for Indian users only! The phone must have “TWRP Recovery” installed, if not then follow this official link.
Step 2: After downloading Stock ROM for HTC One V file, extract the file on the desktop.
Step 3: Place the extracted folder into “TWRP/Backups/HTC (somenumber)“, if there is no folder like that just drop it in “TWRP/Backups“.
Step 4: Now, Switch off your phone and enter into bootloader mode by pressing & holding “Volume down + Power Button“ together and from there select “recovery” to boot into “TWRP Recovery Mode“.
Step 5: In Recovery mode, tap on “Restore“. Wait for the process to complete.
Congratulations! Now, your device is running on Android 4.0.3 ICS firmware.
